2023/02/23 【轉知資訊】臺中農改場：2023臺加穀物豆類營養及保健應用雙邊研討會
目的：
禾本科穀物及豆類為食品產業核心，除提供營養與熱量之外，亦兼具多重保健功效。本研討會邀請國內外專家學者，針對穀物豆類於營養保健之應用進行前瞻交流討論，並促進農業、食品與營養專業人員之交流，以期未來在農業、食品科學及營養跨領域合作，確立研發及推廣策略。
Whole grain and pulses compose the core of food industry, besides providing nutrition and calories, whole grain food and pulses also provide multiple benefits on health. The aim of the conference is to bring professionals of agriculture, food and nutrition to discuss prospects of whole grain foods and pulses on improving nutrition and disease prevention. By promotion of inter-disciplines communication and cooperation in agriculture, food science and nutrition, thereby formulate strategies of research and extension.
